I’ve just started working with this tool but it’s great so far. I’ve played around with a few others but couldn’t find one that met all my needs in one place. A few things have come up that are specific to my personal circumstances and require a bit of modification to the tool and the seller was willing to quickly make some changes to the tool and send me a new version so that it works for me. After purchasing, the seller also lets you know that they are willing to meet via zoom to discuss how to use the tool if needed. This is one of the more expensive options out there so I’m really happy to find that great customer service comes along with it!
