No One Told Me, How Lonely Is The Journey Abroad

People might see living abroad as something cool, everyone dreamed about having better life quality, fiding new system that benefit and love the people, government we can rely on, or simply clean air.

But, no one talks about how lonely is the journey to find it all, to settled down the new environment, to adapt with the new social custom, currency, and culture. No one ever talks about how lonely you are as an adult trying to make new friends in new environment.

I know, it’s just a part of adaptation process, yet it won’t last longer. I know it’s part of self discovery on how we grow wiser, more mature, and really miss what’s we always had back then.
