The Tipping Point Of Move Swift + LY: Why I’m Realizing This Is Bigger Than Content

A few weeks ago, I asked ChatGPT a strange question:

“Find a woman active on the internet that would probably fit me well.”

Two names immediately came up:

  • Leila Hormozi
  • Codie Sanchez

Both married.

But that wasn’t the point. The point was realizing something I’ve started learning more and more about AI: You get out of it what you put into it.

Just like life.

At that time, I didn’t even know who Codie Sanchez was.

Now? I subscribe to her YouTube channel. I watch her content consistently. And at the end of June, I’ll be attending MSM.live.

That alone says a lot about how quickly information can change your direction if you stay open to learning.

The Question That Stayed In My Head During My Run

This morning before my 6-mile run, I listened to a Leila Hormozi video where she asked herself one question:

“What do I do that makes people uncomfortable?” That question stayed in my head the entire run. And the reason it stuck with me is because just last week Malcolm Gladwell appeared on Codie Sanchez’s platform.

Then I remembered something else. Recently, my CEO sent out an email mentioning Malcolm Gladwell. And suddenly I realized something uncomfortable: Part of the reason certain co-workers and I don’t fully connect is because I’m naturally drawn toward the same ideas leadership is drawn toward.

Systems. Psychology. Performance. Communication. Culture. Growth.

That makes some people uneasy.

Not because I’m “better.” Not because they would ever openly admit it.

But because ambition, curiosity, and visible self-development can create tension in environments where people are comfortable staying the same.

Malcolm Gladwell & The Move Swift + LY Framework

In The Tipping Point, Malcolm Gladwell breaks people into three categories:

  • Connectors
  • Mavens
  • Salesmen

As I thought about it more, I realized I’ve been building my own version of this framework for years through Move Swift + LY:

  • Skilled Workers
  • Well Informed Workers
  • Front Team Workers
  • +LY (Lift Yourself)

And what’s crazy is…

I completely forgot I already publicly connected these ideas years ago in an interview/article. ChatGpt Found that article, hit link below.

That realization hit me hard. Because it made me understand something:

Move Swift + LY is becoming more than daily content. It’s becoming a philosophy library.

Why Charles Schwab Caught My Attention

Recently, Charles Schwab’s “Market Miles” content series caught my attention because of the financial literacy license I now have. And what stood out immediately was this: A massive financial company is using repeatable educational content to simplify complicated ideas for everyday people.

That’s exactly what I’ve been doing with:

  • leadership,
  • employee development,
  • sports psychology,
  • organizational culture,
  • discipline,
  • and accountability.

The difference is simply the category. Schwab teaches financial systems. Move Swift + LY teaches human performance systems. That realization gave me even more confidence that the daily content structure I’ve built actually matters.

The Six-Month Plan Changed Everything

One of the biggest things ChatGPT helped me do recently was organize a realistic six-month plan to position myself to purchase a home in a city where I’ve already built roots, relationships, and opportunity.

But here’s the important part:

ChatGPT did not create the dream. It simply confirmed what was already inside me. That’s the biggest misunderstanding people have about AI. People think AI replaces ambition. It doesn’t. It amplifies clarity. If you put confusion into it, you’ll get confusion back.

If you put discipline, curiosity, consistency, and vision into it… you’ll usually get direction.

Again: You get out of it what you put into it.

Just like life.

Why Move Swift + LY Is Different

The more I look around, the more I realize most people are either:

  • purely motivational,
  • purely educational,
  • or purely entertainment.

Move Swift + LY sits in the middle of all three.

This is the advantage. Because modern media rewards people who can connect worlds together. And that’s exactly what Move Swift + LY was built to do.

The action step is simple:

If you care about employee development, leadership growth, workforce culture, and building stronger teams, visit makeyamove.com.

That’s where I’m organizing all things employee development under one platform designed to help people and organizations continue to Lift Yourself.
