Aussie AI Agency started because our founders saw the same problem everywhere they looked: Australian small businesses were losing thousands of dollars in revenue every month because they simply could not answer every phone call.

Mortgage brokers missing refinance enquiries while sitting in client meetings. Tradies losing jobs because they were on the tools and could not pick up. Accountants drowning in calls during tax season while trying to lodge returns. The story was always the same — great businesses, losing revenue to unanswered calls.

The alternatives were not great either. Hiring a full-time receptionist costs $50,000 or more per year and still only covers business hours. Answering services use generic scripts and often offshore agents. Voicemail? Most callers just hang up and ring the next business.
