The dining room for the Crew is deliberately separate from the group and the restaurant/eating place has provided a buffet menu and free meals especially for the Crew.

In fact, the restaurant and the bus company are collaborating so that each bus fleet or other vehicle has a designated rest area at a location determined by both parties.

Specifically for tourism, most restaurants or souvenir shops confirm with the driver, you could say they work together on a commission system for the driver, the term is busking, the driver brings potential customers to his restaurant or souvenir shop, then the percentage is calculated based on how many people in his group eat/shop at that location.

The driver and crew get food, cigarettes, and snacks provided there, plus red envelopes in a separate room. Before leaving, the driver or assistant is called by the cashier to calculate the commission…

In my experience, bringing a tour group is more or less like that, later the red envelopes from each rest area will be collected and distributed later after returning to the garage.
