Here are some tips for accessing T4s. This process takes a lot of RSS (resources), speed ups, and time along with the help of others.

Following the in game requirements helps a lot in the game. To gain access to t4 you will be working on building and research. Research you will be working on both combat and economy tabs. The best way you can do this is clicking on the research and follow what processes you have to work on next. Below is a in both description based on player tips.

For the building portion You will need to get your lab to 21 but that requires getting other buildings to 21. 2 of your major buildings take longer due to getting handcuffs for the prison and war warrants for the hall of war. You need handcuffs and war warrants to level your prison and hall of war to 21. You can get these by buying them with diamonds, gifting from alts and guild members. There are times where you get them from events throughout the week as well but only give small amounts.

For the research portion you will need to work on getting gathering speed level 10 in the economy tab which means getting everything In the tab to 10. The combat tab you will need to basically get everything to level 10. Total defense and total attack need to be done to level 10 in order to finish tank,suv and chopper defense level 10. Do these and you’ll be able to unlock your t4.I have posted pictures of examples that show the requirements. Research is the key to your base’s strength.

Play rift weekly for cuffs and warrants, helps a lot.

Thursday “super sale” you can buy those with diamonds, either 8k diamonds for 1k cuffs/warrants or sometimes you can get them with 5k diamonds

My helpful tip is to join a guild, build up alts to VIP 5 (doesn’t have to happen but is helpful with a lot of things. I’m not saying drop a bunch of money lol.). Alts help with gifting materials and rss. Ask guild members for help from time to time on getting them materials for the buildings as well. Guild members are there to help one another, helping each other build in power.

Also, being in a guild that is utilizing the cities and their boosts with the extra builds helps tremendously. Something I wish we had when we started.

Also! Some serious advice, level all major buildings that need to be done first before doing the rest as later you will need to have those same important buildings max level in order to move further with researches.

I understand that people know how to get T4 and what not but there are still new players wanting to know what they need to do and it is always best to hear it from those who have been playing forever haha! With that being said… Good luck to everyone. Hope this helps those who have been asking from newer zones or those who are starting in older zones.
