My personal xs.com experience of signing up

I’m sharing my experience signing up and opening demo and real accounts. The process turned out to be much easier than I anticipated. I was really waiting for some tedious procedures that would take long enough. But it was super easy and intuitive, with many instructions to aid the process.

Well, one might wonder what the actual interesting side of signing up is, or does xs.com have a unique process for it? Actually, everything is simple, and this is why it deserves such high praise. Let me clear out any possible confusion on this topic, as simple is not something negative. Everything genius is super simple; take the wheel, for example, and the signing up process here can be compared to it. In the member area, you just need to verify your profile so the broker makes sure you are a human :D

When you go ahead and upload some ID, if it fits the requirements, you are welcome aboard. When I uploaded two sides of my ID, I just thought the answer would be tomorrow, so I mentally prepared myself to wait. To my surprise, after about 20 minutes, I received an email saying that the pictures did not meet the requirements, and it was denied because the second picture was a bit blurry, so the numbers weren’t visible. I took the picture again and reuploaded it, and another 20 minutes were enough to confirm it. This is the experience that I wanted to share. All is so simple that it is highly effective, and you don’t need to worry about anything but trading at this point; all is taken care of.

Opening an account is also comfortable; you must choose the platform first (MT4 and MT5). What you need to choose carefully is the trading acc. type, and you have a wide selection. I was in-between choosing between Pro and Elite because their conditions are the best. They both require a $500 initial deposit, and I decided to settle on Pro because I thought I would just go for all-inclusive spreads. If you look at it, there is nothing special in this case despite the ultra-fast service, but the unique point is that everything is simple yet high quality. Just upload the document, and boom, it gets checked fast. You choose some options, and the account is opened and ready to trade from, and so on. Support is also quite lovely, and the recent case was like this: I had a problem with my real account, and when I logged into it, everything was excellent, but the “New Order” button was greyed out, and I couldn’t click on it. I’ve sent one screenshot of the problem to the support team, and they helped me quite quickly. The issue was that I logged in with an investor password, but I needed to log in with a trading platform password. Long story short, 5 minutes were enough for them to solve the problem…

My xs.com trading experience is also quite smooth and convenient. MT4 and MT5 are something that people already know, so I guess there’s no need to observe them. What I can share is the spreads. They are really low on volatile pairs, like Gold and EUR-USD-related major pairs. The execution speed is also nice. When you open a trade, it opens instantly if there are no issues with your internet.

One thing that doesn’t get talked about a lot is the blog. I would also like to share my experience with it. So you can imagine my surprise when I found out that articles are educational, not entertaining. I have even picked up some new things from it. For example, the other day, I saw an article about how indicators could help trading. There was a new indicator for me, which was supertrend, which generally helps with the identification of the trend wave and how long it may last.
