PriviNet addresses this by deploying Lumra AI, a proprietary edge intelligence stack that turns raw sensor data — including wildfire imagery, pipeline vibration, and acoustic anomalies — into ultra-compact semantic signals that can travel over low-power networks where traditional video streams simply cannot.

Through the NVIDIA Inception program, PriviNet is optimizing Lumra AI for the NVIDIA Jetson™ edge AI platform. This enables PriviNet’s Scout Sensors to run advanced computer vision and acoustic analysis on tight power budgets, supporting persistent monitoring of remote, off-grid assets without relying on fiber, 5G, or Wi-Fi.

Early applications for Lumra AI on NVIDIA Jetson include wildfire perimeter monitoring, long-haul pipeline integrity, and privacy-first home safety through PriviNet’s Scout home system under the PriviCare product line. The same edge engine that interprets smoke plumes and pipeline vibrations can also detect falls, distress sounds, and unusual activity in the home — without streaming raw video to the cloud.
