VC Women University Bagh calls on AJK PM Rathore

She provided the Prime Minister with a detailed briefing on the ongoing projects of Women University Bagh under the Azad Government and the Federal Government, and discussed other academic matters and the financial challenges faced by the **university**.

The Prime Minister congratulated the Vice Chancellor on being appointed as the first female Vice Chancellor in Azad Kashmir and extended his best wishes.

The Prime Minister assured the early approval of the revised PC-1 for the ongoing project of the Azad Kashmir government, which includes the boundary wall of the University and 50 kanals of leveled land, and the construction of a 5-kilometer road to connect the buildings being constructed with the support of the Federal Government, which will be completed this year.

The Vice Chancellor, while briefing to the PM, stated that under the ongoing projects of the Federal Government and the Higher Education Commission Islamabad, six buildings are in the final stages of completion under the revised project of Rs1795 million, and a revised estimate of Rs2500 million has been submitted for the second project, under which six buildings are also under construction.
