Do not use MongoDB Stitch 👺👺👺👺

It is the most painful👺, buggy👺, unfinished pice of shit you will ever stumble across👺. My experience is specific to the ios sdk and js sdk, but I’m sure there are problems with the other sdks.

There are so many bugs I actually don’t have the mental capacity to try and spew them here. From not working in release builds because of the optimization level, to simply not supporting certain mongo filters despite clearly saying they’re supported, to breaking in the middle of production without even updating my app, to breaking the ability to simply fucking log in an anoymous user in the new update. The list goes ON. I cba. 👺👺

Maybe you’re not convinced by some rando dev’s rambling. I wouldn’t be. After all, mongoDB are industry standard, they must enforce a certain quality on their products, right? So go ahead, use stitch. But just know I told you so. Good luck.👺
