CD Projekt is developing the first installment of a new saga of The Witcher

CD Projekt has confirmed the development of a new title set in the universe of The Witcher. The Polish company describes this new game as the start of “a new saga for the franchise.” At the moment, details of platforms or launch window have not been offered, but they have confirmed that the Redengine of The Witcher 3 and Cyberpunk 2077 will not continue to use. Instead, CD Projekt has confirmed that the next project will be developed in Unreal Engine 5, starting a “strategic collaboration” with Epic Games. This agreement includes technical collaboration with EPIC developers to adapt the EU5 to “open world experiences”.
