Stellaris: A Window into My Worldview
Stellaris: A Window into My Worldview

When I play Stellaris, I don’t just build an empire to conquer the galaxy. Every decision I make reflects my values and the way I see life. It’s almost inevitable — the game becomes a simulation of the society I envision, a projection of the civilization we could build if we dared to do things better.
A Society Without Oppression
In my empire, there is no room for oppressive hierarchies or systems that exploit others. Every citizen has their place, regardless of species, and equality is at the core of everything. This is not just an abstract ideal; it is the foundation that keeps my society united, with troops who defend the system not out of obligation but with pride and conviction.
Integration Over Assimilation
When annexing other civilizations, I don’t seek forced assimilation. Instead, I dismantle structures that perpetuate inequality, ensure basic needs are met for everyone, and promote integration. It’s fascinating to see how, once the barriers of distrust fall, even the most different species can thrive together. Isn’t this what we should strive for in the real world?
Rights for Artificial Intelligence
As we develop technology, we tend to see it as a tool for our service. But in Stellaris, when artificial intelligences emerge, I grant them civil rights. They become citizens of my empire, not just machines. This decision fosters mutual trust, prevents conflicts, and creates a richer and more diverse society. It reflects my vision of a future where humans and AI coexist as equals.
Diplomacy First, But Not at Any Cost
I always try to resolve conflicts peacefully. Diplomacy is my preferred tool because I believe that major problems can be solved through dialogue rather than war. However, there are limits. When someone threatens the harmony or well-being of my empire, I do not hesitate to take firm action to defend what is just.
Building a Lasting Civilization
What I love most about playing Stellaris is the ability to build a society that is not only functional in the present but also designed to endure. My decisions are not aimed at immediate victory but at long-term stability, ensuring that all species and forms of intelligence can coexist in harmony.
A Reflection of an Ideal World
My empire in Stellaris is not just a gaming strategy; it is a metaphor for what I believe humanity could become. A society based on justice, integration, and collaboration. A place without domination or extreme inequalities, but instead, coexistence and mutual respect. Playing becomes a space for reflection and, at the same time, a dream.
In this sense, Stellaris is not just a video game for me. It is a window into a vision of the world, a test of how a system based on fundamental values could work.
