It’s hard to believe that 2024 is almost over. Where do the moments go? They slip away so easily.
Last year, around this time, I was questioning my career path. I was considering leaving Bali and returning to my hometown. I remember the tears and worries that filled my mind.
I also remember my friend, who was always there for me, but is now gone. It’s bittersweet to think about how much has changed.
Today, I find myself asking the same questions. I thought that choosing a new path would make things easier, but the struggles persist. I’m still applying for jobs, just like last year.
Life is truly unpredictable. Last year, I felt lonely and had a toxic work environment. Now, I have a great job with a positive work culture, but the company struggles with timely payments. How can I find peace in a situation like this?
But that’s life. Perhaps on this journey, I’ll find what I’m looking for, but challenges will always be part of the experience. The key is to stay present, to feel everything, and to live in the moment.
Time is relentless and unforgiving. We can’t turn back the clock. It’s a harsh reality, but it’s the reality we live in.
