Sometimes I wonder if people see my past before they see me.

I know my past may not look perfect to everyone. I know I’ve been involved with people in ways I never imagined I would be. But that doesn’t change what I’ve always been searching for. I’m tired of explaining myself, as if my past is evidence against my character. As if one chapter has the power to rewrite the entire story of who I am.

The truth is, I was never that kind of girl. I never sought temporary affection or meaningless connections. Circumstances led me there, and every decision I made came from a place of hope. I genuinely believed there was a future waiting for us. I wasn’t there for the excitement or the thrill — I stayed because I believed, because I saw forever. And the moment I realized forever wasn’t possible, I walked away. Not because it was easy, but because I couldn’t keep holding onto something that had no future.

People may judge my story without knowing the chapters that came before it. But I know my heart. I know my intentions. They have always been sincere.

I love deeply, honestly, and wholeheartedly. No mistake, no misunderstanding, and no chapter of my past can take that away from me.
