VERSION II — Dating → A Disaster Humanity Keeps Speed for No Reason
A savage, unfiltered roast of the world’s most dysfunctional social invention

Dating: where ghosting becomes a sport
Dating didn’t evolve — it malfunctioned. Two prehistoric humans panicked at the sight of each other, invented anxiety, and called it romance. Humanity never recovered.
Dating is the only activity where two confused mammals attempt emotional parkour without helmets. You’re expected to reveal your soul, hide your flaws, look attractive, act chill, and somehow not cry in the bathroom. It’s a miracle anyone survives.
The pretending is Olympic‑level. You’re buffering, they’re buffering, the whole date is a lagging Zoom call of two people pretending they’re not spiraling internally.
And intimacy? People treat it like a reset button. “Did sleeping together fix the emotional incompatibility?” No. Now the software is corrupted and the warranty is void.
Ghosting is the national sport. People vanish like they’re fleeing a crime scene. Dating apps should come with a disclaimer: “Side effects may include confusion, delusion, and spontaneous existential dread.”
Dating fails because humans are running outdated emotional hardware. Everyone’s operating system is clogged with ex‑files, childhood settings, and malware disguised as “I’m totally fine.”
Yet we keep trying. Because humans are delusional optimists who believe the next emotional car crash might be “the one.”
Author’s Note: This article is part of an ongoing attempt to solve the ancient human puzzle known as dating — a system so chaotic that even archaeologists refuse to carbon‑date its origins. If you laughed, learned, or briefly reconsidered your entire romantic history, feel free to share it with someone who also deserves emotional clarity… or emotional chaos, depending on the version they read.
Despite the satire, the message underneath is simple: Healthy relationships aren’t built on games. They’re built on mutual respect, truth, honesty, and compassion. That’s the foundation of every faithful marriage, every lasting partnership, every love story that doesn’t end in a group chat autopsy.
Some call that wisdom. Some call it common sense. Some call it God’s promise — that love built on integrity stands, and love built on illusions collapses.
Do you believe God? That’s between you and your heart. But if you do, you already know the blueprint. And if you don’t, the blueprint still works.
Either way, may these articles help you laugh at the mess, understand the mess, and maybe — just maybe — rise above the mess.
