To the Hindu Upper Castes

The Hindu upper castes — Brahmins, Rajputs, Vaishyas, Bhumihars, Kayasthas, and others — are largely solid supporters of the BJP. This support stems from their pride in being Hindus and the belief that the BJP represents Hinduism. In this article, I aim to demonstrate that the BJP does not represent real Hinduism but a phony, fake, spurious, sham, and pseudo version of it. It is high time they know the truth.

I have repeatedly stated that India can only progress through a mighty historical people’s struggle culminating in a revolution, preceded by an ideological revolution.

In my opinion, such a revolution cannot take place without the Hindu upper castes giving up their unfounded, misguided, and specious obsession with the BJP, which is entirely misplaced and unfounded.

Many Hindu upper caste individuals are highly qualified — professors, doctors, scientists, lawyers, engineers — and the rest of society often looks up to them for guidance. But what guidance can they offer when they themselves are misguided and deluded?

They need to rethink, change their mindsets, and know the truth about the BJP. The BJP is a political party controlled by an organization called the RSS, created in 1925 by our British rulers as part of their divide-and-rule policy to sow hatred between Hindus and Muslims. Simultaneously, the British created the Muslim League; both organizations are two sides of the same coin. The ideology of the BJP and RSS is entirely reactionary and is mendacious, unsound, casuistic, and erroneous.

I have had close interactions with RSS members when I was a lawyer in Allahabad, where many lawyers were RSS members, and have studied their mindsets. I found that what was instilled in their minds was not real knowledge of Hinduism or the great achievements of Hindus in science, philosophy, literature, law, etc., but a fictional, half-baked, and mostly false knowledge. This included claims like those made by Prime Minister Modi, asserting that ancient India had head transplants, genetic engineering, aircraft, guided missiles, atomic bombs, etc. Additionally, they harbored hatred for minorities, particularly Muslims.

The BJP and RSS, these self-proclaimed ‘champions’ of Hindu culture, are ignorant of all this. By talking of head transplants, genetic engineering, and airplanes in ancient India, they make us a laughing stock before the whole world.

I earnestly appeal to the Hindu upper castes to ponder over the above, give up their misguided support for the BJP, and join the rest of society in a mighty, united historical people’s struggle to create a better India. Without their support, the struggle will not be easy.
