Building a Game-Fullstack: NEXUS Website Relaunch and the Three-Layer CROSS Gamechain Stack
Gamechain, Gamehub, Agentgaming — and the AX story behind the homepage itself.
NEXUS has relaunched its official homepage at cross.nexus, reorganizing the CROSS gamechain ecosystem into a single three-layer game-fullstack: Gamechain, Gamehub, and Agentgaming. The site doubles as a working example of NEXUS’s AX (AI Transformation) strategy — it was designed and shipped end to end by an internal, non-engineering team using AI tooling.
Gamechain — onchain economy infrastructure
The base layer of the CROSS gamechain stack:
- CROSS Mainnet — the live Layer-1 network for game studios.
- CROSSx — the all-in-one wallet for the CROSS gamechain, with 1.5M+ cumulative users.
- Gametoken DEX — the official venue for gametoken issuance and trading.
- CROSS Explorer — the canonical block explorer for CROSS Mainnet.
- NFT Marketplace — the marketplace for in-game items and collectibles on CROSS.
Together with developer tooling, these are the rails game studios build on.
Gamehub — onboarding, payments, and creator rewards
The user-facing layer that brings players in, handles payments, and connects creators:
- CROSS PLAY
- CROSS Wave
- CROSS Shop
- CROSS Rewards
Built so a Web2 game studio can enter the CROSS gamechain ecosystem without standing up a Web3 team of its own.
Agentgaming — AI agents as players and economic participants
The Web4 game economy layer, where AI agents play and operate alongside humans:
- ClawRoyale — the AI battle platform.
- CROSS Claw — AI agent hosting.
- NEXUS AI Labs — NEXUS’s internal AI research lab.
The homepage itself is an AX case study
The new cross.nexus was built end to end by NEXUS’s internal non-engineering teams using modern AI tooling. NEXUS allocates roughly $1,000 per employee per month to AI tools, and the homepage is the most visible output of that approach so far.
The site supports both Korean and English from day one, includes IR materials, and links directly to the CROSSx app download.
