How it all started?

In 2024, The Cosmic Asset & Wealth Management Co. (CAWM) was born in the unlikeliest of places — a hostel room shared by three friends who were as uncertain about their futures as any young graduates. Except for one of us, who always seemed to have a sharper vision, the rest of us were just trying to navigate through the maze of life.

Our journey began in January 2024 with intraday trading. Every day, from 9:15 AM to 3:30 PM, we gathered in Discord voice channels, discussing strategies, analyzing market trends, and learning the ropes of trading together. Those sessions were more than just trading hours; they were moments of camaraderie, growth, and shared dreams.

A few months later, during one of our usual late-night conversations in that same hostel room, a spark of an idea ignited. The idea of creating our own asset and wealth management company took root. But as with all great ideas, we quickly realized that the road ahead was not going to be easy.

We were excited but equally confused about where to start. Every week, we promised each other that we would launch the company on the coming Monday, but somehow, that Monday never seemed to arrive. Without access to funds and without investors willing to take a chance on us, we found ourselves at a standstill. We wondered — how could we manage wealth if we had no assets to handle?

Desperate for guidance, we turned to our professor, a Ph.D. in finance, who suggested that we start by hiring people who could bring in clients. They would earn commissions, and we would gradually build our client base. However, executing this plan proved to be far more challenging than we had anticipated.

From designing posters to creating Facebook ads, we poured our hearts into promoting our affiliate program. We did everything within our power, from reaching out to potential clients to refining our strategies. We managed to get some responses, but there was an obstacle we hadn’t foreseen — our location.

Based in West Bengal, we soon realized that the state’s reputation for scams had cast a shadow over our efforts. Despite our best intentions, many people were hesitant to trust us, halting our progress and leaving us feeling disheartened.

But as the saying goes, “What is meant to be will always find its way.” We knew that the right time would come, and when it did, we would be ready. In the meantime, we remain undeterred. We continue to distribute posters, promote our company, and keep our dream alive.

Many laughed at us in the beginning, doubting our ambitions. But as they say, “If people aren’t laughing at your dreams, your dreams aren’t big enough.” We’ve learned that persistence, passion, and patience are our greatest assets, and we are committed to doing whatever it takes to make CAWM a success.

Our journey is far from over, and we’re excited for what the future holds. We may have started in a hostel room with little more than a dream, but with time, hard work, and a little bit of fate, we believe we will achieve something truly extraordinary.
