GT AI & Hiring Study: Call for Participants

Hi everyone! I’m a GT student doing research this summer on AI and hiring. We’re looking for volunteer participants in one of two groups:

1. Job seekers with:

• No bachelor’s degree in your target field
• No prior paid work experience in that field
• Actively seeking your first job in that area
• Workforce training graduates encouraged to apply (Year Up, Per Scholas, bootcamps, and similar programs)

2. Hiring managers (must review or screen applicants for roles that do not require a bachelor’s degree)

It’s a 45 to 60-minute interview with a researcher and note taker, and as a thank you, participants can opt into a free resume review session with one of our researchers.
