This is our official program for the builders, debuggers, and signal‑makers who help others move faster and keep the network strong.

🛡️ Level 1: Sentinel — [DETECT]

Sentinels are the first line of signal. You help new nodes find their footing and ensure accurate information flows through the Swarm.

NOTE: ALL applicants must spend 2 weeks as Sentinels before applying to higher ranks

Access Requirements

• Level 5 (MEE6) or higher
• Clean moderation record.

Your Mission

• Welcome 5+ new members and guide them to the source (docs, key channels)
• React to and engage with official Tashi transmissions (announcements)
• Drop 2–3 helpful documentation links in relevant conversations per week
• Maintain at least 1 clearly helpful action each week to stay active

• Eligible for monthly “Swarm Signals” shout‑outs on Discord and X

If you’ve already been quietly helping other members, Sentinel is your formal entry into the Swarm.

⚔️ Level 2: Warrior — [RESOLVE]

Warriors are the engine of the Swarm. You don’t just observe the grid, you build it, debug it, and expand its reach.

Access Requirements

• Application based
• Minimum 2 weeks as an active Sentinel
• Successful completion of a short tech quiz to confirm basic Tashi understanding

Your Mission

• ~2 social media posts per week (or 6–8 per month, max 1/day) — threads, tech explainers, ecosystem insights & news on X / Telegram
• Resolve at least 1 support ticket per week (wallet issues, node setup, common errors) using the Swarm Handbook and escalation paths

Rewards & Perks

• 3,000 XP per month allocated via missions
• Exclusive Discord Role: Swarm Warrior
• The Warrior Kit: assets, templates, node guides, and walkthroughs to remix
• Co‑branding rights to use “Tashi Swarm Warrior” in bios + custom X/LinkedIn banner frames

🎖️ Level 3: Commander — [COORDINATE]

Commanders are hand‑selected leaders, a human coordination node between the community and Tashi’s core team. You guide the Swarm, mentor Warriors, and help shape the network’s evolution.

Access Requirements

• Invitation only
• Private “Commander Prep” call
• Shadowing and resolving complex tickets before full promotion

Your Mission

• 3–5 high‑leverage contributions weekly (deep dives, video explainers, GitHub contributions/reviews, or major ecosystem collabs)
• Resolve complex technical issues @ 2 per week (node optimization, consensus/debugging, integration issues)
• Mentor Warriors on their active tickets and help moderate escalation

• 10,000 XP per month allocated via missions
• Exclusive Discord Role: Swarm Commander
• Exclusive Swarm Council merch
• Early access to Tashi Core betas before public release
• Quarterly strategy roundtable with founders and lead engineers

🔄 Swarm Seasons & Evolution

The Swarm doesn’t follow a fixed calendar. We move with technology.

Seasons activate around major Tashi milestones, new capabilities, integrations, or breakthroughs. When the fabric moves, the Swarm evolves. Each season concludes with a Swarm Recap, archiving collective impact and recognizing top contributors.

Need to step back?

Warriors and Commanders can transition to Alumni status, retaining recognition with lighter expectations.
