Their concept was clear and quirky: a fully customized rubber duck that captured their brand personality and the energy of the event.

From Brand Vision to 3D Reality

Adsterra’s designers provided the initial concept: a red-and-white duck featuring their heart-shaped logo, stylized wings, and a golden laurel wreath inspired by Cyprus. Our job at Overhood was to take this artwork and make it real.

We translated their design into a detailed 3D model, collaborating closely with our production partner to ensure nothing was lost in the process. Every element — the feather texture, exact Pantone-matched colors, and reflective gold accents — was sculpted and painted with precision.

Crafting a Custom Duck Merch From the Ground Up

Building a fully custom figure requires serious craftsmanship. We engineered a flawless metal mold, refined the prototype until the duck floated perfectly, and created custom stencils to guarantee crisp, consistent details on every piece.

Even the packaging became part of the story: a bold red box decorated with classical columns and sea waves — a nod to Adsterra’s identity and the event’s Mediterranean setting.
