A Poem from the One Who Cried...

A Poem from the One Who Cried...
When loneliness feels like a tenant...
Yeah, I do write all these science and biological mysteries...
But some feelings don't fit into biology.
Loneliness is one of them.
So today, no explanations. Just a poem I wrote when I was going through it.
Here you go.

*Wale of a nightingale
Shattering dreams, shifting shadows, Darkness in cages and everything in between. I took two for a number, Now I’m become a member Of those who live for loss– Or am I just a piece of the puzzle? An experiment made to clarify all the hurdles?
The things I want are impossible scenarios; Those who claim to love just want a bite of the worth, So I’m lost and alone, though I have the biggest smile, I’m drifting apart from what I once felt was right.
And my best friend just won’t leave me alone, She must think I like living like a clone.
Tears dropping like rain– An adage for a monster The last time I admitted I was wrong, I ended up in a caged barn. I exist in a world where there’s neither right nor wrong, So why is it my fault that I’m stuck so deep in mud?
Hypocrisy like a drone covering my every track– I just want a piece of toast, So must I leave happiness to live?
Die, die, fellow monster, So I could die too– I need someone who walked this track To end up hurting and wounded too, So I can be sure I’m not being punished For wrongs I don’t know existed.
Tell me it’s just a pattern to wealth and many mansions Or maybe I’m the problem– My footsteps caused this pothole.*
Jessy says...
Sighs…
Yes, I wrote this in tears.
And I do know there are others who felt the same way too... maybe you couldn’t put it into writing...
If you're going through it too—you're not alone.
Drop a word in the comments. Or don't. Just know I see you.
