Position Summary

We are in search of a very experienced, hands-on **DevOps Engineer Remote** who will architect, develop, and run the DevOps infrastructure from scratch. This job is ideal for people who love to own things and would prefer creating scalable CI/CD solutions over working with legacy pipelines. Required qualifications: extensive experience with GitHub Actions as well as end-to-end CI/CD pipeline design AWS cloud services Terraform and containerized deployments using Docker and Kubernetes. CI/CD & AUTOMATION ( Remote Devops engineer )

– Plan and Develop A to Z CI/CD Pipelines Right from the very start Take advantage of GitHub Actions. – Automatically execute build, test, scan as well as deploy applications in different environments. – Adopt best practices for security pipeline as well as reliable and scalable pipelines. – Keep version controlled pipelines and reusable workflows.

CODE QUALITY & SECURITY ( Remote Devops engineer )

– Implement code scanning and security tools into CI/CD using SonarQube and Fortify. Enable vulnerability detection as well as code quality issues at the earliest stage possible. Enforce secure coding and compliance standard policies using automated checks. Infrastructure as Code (IaC) – Plan and build cloud infrastructure with Terraform. DevOps Engineer Remote Extensive hands-on experience with AWS services including ECS, EKS, and AWS Lambda. In-depth knowledge of IAM and AWS Secrets Manager. Ability to architect secure and scalable cloud solutions. Expertise demonstrated in optimizing resource usage, cost, and performance within AWS environments.

Containers & Kubernetes

Proficient in building Docker images for applications. Hands-on experience deploying managing and scaling applications on Kubernetes. Ability to share best practices around configuration secrets and networking within Kubernetes environments. Run containers in ECS and EKS.

Deployment Strategies

– Run modern deployment patterns such as Blue-Green Deployments, Canary Releases, and Rolling Deployments. – Ensure near-zero downtime during releases with minimal risk. – Support rollback and failover strategies.

Monitoring & Observability

– Install and configure monitoring and alerting systems using Prometheus, Grafana, and AWS CloudWatch. – Have synthetic monitoring in place to proactively detect issues. – Monitor system health, performance, and availability. Support incident analysis and root cause investigation͏

Cooperation and Practices

– Cooperate with development, QA, and security teams. Implement the DevOps best practices and automation of the CI/CD culture. Documenting architectures, pipelines, and operational procedures. – Enhancing reliability, scalability, and speed of delivery on an ongoing basis.

Skills & Experience

Required Skills

– Expertise in GitHub Actions and CI/CD pipeline creation. – Hands-on experience building DevOps pipelines from scratch. – Experience integrating SonarQube and Fortify into CI/CD workflows. Have worked practically with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code. Knows about AWS services like ECS, EKS, Lambda, IAM, and Secrets Manager. Has worked with Docker and Kubernetes before. Knows deployment strategies (Blue-Green, Canary, Rolling) very well. Used Prometheus, Grafana, and CloudWatch for monitoring.
