Perhaps life isn’t measured by how fast we arrive, but by how deeply we notice the road along the way

This morning, as I was heading to the office in a shared auto, I found myself watching the world outside instead of looking at my phone.

Along the way, people gathered around roadside food stalls, walked across the bridge, and paused at small thelas for a quick snack or a cup of tea. Everyone seemed completely present in the moment. There was no visible rush, no overthinking — just people experiencing the journey as it unfolded.

We keep moving, almost effortlessly, until something interrupts our flow — a new thought, a destination, or an unexpected stop. Until then, we’re simply in motion, carried forward by the rhythm of the journey.

So, that concludes Maybe happiness isn’t always about reaching somewhere. Sometimes, it’s found in those ordinary moments in between — the conversations, the roadside chai, the changing scenery, and the quiet realization that life is happening while we’re on our way.
