Recently it was announced that all the possible collations are now supported in Fabric SQL database, which brings it into parity with Azure SQL Database. Hurray!!! :-)

Now go and play, but I suspect 99.99999% of you are just going to set it to the defaults! Latin1_General_CI_AS or SQL_Latin1_General_CP1_CI_AS :-)
You can only do this via the REST API today! So don’t go looking for this option in the Fabric SQL database config.
