Neurophet: Looking Back on the Day We Went Public on KOSDAQ

On July 25, Neurophet successfully went public on the KOSDAQ, marking yet another milestone in our journey. As a company specializing in AI-powered diagnosis and treatment solutions for brain diseases, it was a meaningful day that signaled a new leap forward. Let’s look back on the unforgettable moment of that day.

📍 KOSDAQ Listing Ceremony at the Korea Exchange

At 9 a.m. on listing day, the official ceremony was held at the Korea Exchange (KRX) PR Hall in Yeouido, Seoul. Attendees included our Co-CEOs Jake Junkil Been and Donghyeon Kim, CPO Changil Kim, CFO Kwangmin Lee, as well as representatives from Mirae Asset Securities, our lead underwriter throughout the IPO process.

Also our investors from FuturePlay and other key venture capital firms have visited to supporte Neurophet since our seed round through Series A to C, sharing our joy. 🎊

Before the ceremony, Neurophet’s leadership met with officials from the Korea Exchange and related institutions in the VIP room on the 2nd floor of the PR Hall. Later, Co-CEO Jake Junkil Been introduced our core solutions, vision, and global business expansion strategy on-site.

Both Co-CEOs wore bright red jackets — a symbol of rising stock price — while delivering their listing speeches. Since 2021, the Korea Exchange has presented these red jackets to newly listed company CEOs as a tradition to wish them a positive start on their first day of trading.

🥂 Celebration Event Near the Neurophet Headquarters

After the official ceremony, a company-wide celebration was held at the SC Convention Center, near Neurophet’s headquarters. Our team members attending the Alzheimer’s Association International Conference (AAIC 2025) in Toronto, Canada, sent their congratulations through pre-recorded video messages. 💌

The event began with light ice-breaking activities and a champagne toast, followed by warm congratulations from all employees. Each team member received a towel embroidered with the Neurophet logo and message, along with traditional rice cakes (baekseolgi) as a token of celebration. These small but heartfelt gifts captured the spirit of the day.
