Crafting With ADHD

Crafting with ADHD isn’t peaceful.
It’s impulsive. It’s loud. It’s starting five things and hyperfocusing on one at 2 a.m. It’s buying supplies for a project that only exists as a feeling.
And somehow, it works.
My brain connects ideas sideways. It experiments instead of plans. It creates momentum through curiosity.
Crafting isn’t just about what I make.
It’s how I regulate myself.
