The Problem Was Never Motivation
Everyone loves to say:
“You just need discipline.”
Cool. If discipline made people rich, monks would own Lambos.
My issue wasn’t laziness. It was friction.
Starting is fun. Finishing feels like dragging a couch upstairs by yourself.
So I outsourced the part I hate.
Instead of forcing myself to finish, I do this:
- I start messy.
- I dump thoughts.
- I rage-type notes.
Then I hand the chaos to ChatGPT and say:
“Finish this. Don’t make it fancy. Make it usable.”
That’s it.
No rewriting. No perfection spiral. No identity crisis about being “a creator.”
What I Actually Sell
Not books. Not “content.” Not expertise cosplay.
I sell:
- Unfinished ideas turned into something useful
- Notes people don’t want to think through themselves
- Shortcuts that save mental energy
Most of my products are:
- 3–20 pages
- Simple on purpose
- Written like a tired human
And they sell daily.

The First Time It Worked (I Didn’t Trust It)
I uploaded a tiny PDF.
Priced it low enough to feel ridiculous.
I assumed:
- No one would buy it
- Or they’d refund it
- Or I’d feel embarrassed
Instead?
PING.
Then another.
Then enough to make me uncomfortable in a good way.
Turns out:
People only care if it helps them stop thinking.
Why This Works When “Hard Work” Doesn’t
Because most people are drowning in half-finished thoughts.
They don’t want:
- Inspiration
- Hustle speeches
- 47-step frameworks
They want:
- “Just tell me what to do.”
- “I don’t want to think anymore.”
- “Give me the shortcut.”
I give them mine.
My System
- Start something badly
- Stop before I hate it
- Hand it to ChatGPT
- Tell it to organize, tighten, finish
- Sell it for $3–$18
- Go watch TikTok
No consistency. No brand voice meetings. No waiting to feel ready.
Shipping things is what gets paid.
Letting AI finish your thoughts doesn’t make you lazy.
It makes you efficient in a world that rewards output, not suffering.

Final Line
I don’t force myself to finish anymore.
I start. ChatGPT finishes. People pay.
And somehow… that’s enough.
If you’ve ever:
- Known how to fix something others struggle with
- Developed weird tricks that work
- Solved a problem through trial and error
- Had friends ask you for advice on something specific
…you have a mini pdf book inside you.
