Gaudium IVF to Use AI Tools in Infertility Treatment

**Gaudium IVF — India’s First AI-Powered IVF Centre** has launched AI-led infertility treatment in India, using tools like SiD and ERICA to improve IVF precision and success. The initiative was inaugurated by Union Minister Nitin Gadkari.

New Delhi, Apr 2 (PTI): Infertility clinic chain Gaudium IVF and Women Health Limited has introduced artificial intelligence-led infertility treatment in India, integrating advanced embryology tools into routine clinical practice, the company said on Wednesday.

The development comes barely a month after the firm became the country’s first publicly listed IVF chain, marking another industry-first initiative, it said in a statement.

The AI integration was inaugurated by Union Minister Nitin Gadkari, who highlighted the growing role of technology-driven innovation across sectors.

According to the statement, the company has deployed AI-powered systems such as SiD (Sperm Identification Device) and ERICA (Embryo Ranking Intelligent Classification Assistant) to improve precision in key stages of the in-vitro fertilisation (IVF) process.

The initiative was undertaken in collaboration with IVF 2.0, an AI tool suite founded by embryologists Jacques Cohen and Alejandro Chave, bringing global embryology technologies into the Indian clinical ecosystem, it said.

Speaking at the event, Gadkari said adoption of advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence reflects India’s growing strength in innovation and will play a key role in shaping future solutions.
