Good morning, Agnes!

Good morning, Agnes! Thank you for sharing your thoughts. And I’d like to share some of my thoughts on this delicate subject too. I was born and raised in the Soviet Union.

The Soviet Union was the first state to have as an ideological objective the elimination of any religion. Toward that end, the Communist regime confiscated church property, ridiculed religion, harassed believers, and propagated atheism in the schools.

Nevertheless I was baptized illegally when I was just 6 months old. My father was a KGB officer and a communist. If somebody could find out what my father did he could loose his job and possibly could be sent to jail.

So theoretically I was a Christian but practically I was growing up as an Atheist. But I was always thinking about God. What it is? Who it is? Where it is? I was looking for answers all my life…

Agnes, do you know the song “Imagine” by John Lennon? Do you remember those beautiful words:

“Imagine there’s no countries It isn’t hard to do Nothing to kill or die for And no religion, too

Imagine all the people Living life in peace…”

I was always thinking why Lennon was singing about “And no religion too…”. Until one day I realized that religions have nothing to do with God, with the real God which is ONE and ONLY! Religions use different Gods just to profit and separate people, guess what, from a Real and the Only One God which is the Universal Consciousness. This is to whom, in my opinion, you sent your prayers and this is from whom you’ve received the answers…

I do it all the time and I am getting response all the time too. So I do not consider myself to be a religious person but I do really believe in God ,)

I consider myself to be a spiritual person.

How strange it is.

I strongly recommend you to read one of my favorite books by Dr. Wayne Dyer which is called Real Magic. It has a lot of answers for you!
