Thirteen Glasses of Water a Day

I didn’t know that as you age, you need to drink more water.

“Oh really.” Linda smiled . . .

Actually I have a problem drinking 8 glasses of water a day, but at the age of 63, you need to drink more water.

“Amazing, . . . ” Linda smiled. . .

I am supposed to drink 13 a day for my age.

“Actually, Shut Up Wayne, well . . .” Linda smiled. . .

I used to go to the ER a lot and not once did they tell me, “Wayne drink more water.”

“Actually, Shut Up Wayne, I think . . .,” Linda smiled. . .

Bruce Lee once said Be Water

“Actually, Shut Up Wayne, I am talking.,” Linda smiled. . .

Bruce explained, “Empty your mind, be formless. Shapeless, like water. If you put water into a cup, it becomes the cup. You put water into a bottle and it becomes the bottle. You put it in a teapot, it becomes the teapot. Now, water can flow or it can crash.

“Actually, Shut Up Wayne, I am talking.,” Linda smiled. . . “Here have some water. Coffee is not water. Coffee will dehydrate you. . “

“Turkish Coffee is your favorite. “ Linda smiled and continued, “I know you I love strong coffee and there is nothing as strong as turkish coffee. They give up small saki like cups. You can only drink a tiny sip, for it is so strong.”
