Is sunlight good for psoriasis? YES !
Hope this post helps someone. I recently got diagnosed with psoriasis. I’m 27 and very shocked at the beginning. These are before and after pictures after spending 4 days in Sunny Florida. Hours of swimming in Ocean water And tanning under the Sun (got sun burnt a little). My doctor friend told me that Sun and Ocean water are the best natural healers. And here are some results. I haven’t taken any prescription medicine except for some OTC anti-allergy and moisturizing creams. Hope it will get only better.
