There are also long-term proposals for high-speed rail and bullet train connectivity passing through the broader airport-growth corridor, further strengthening the region’s strategic importance if they materialise.

Individually, each project is significant.

Together, they completely change the growth story.

That’s one reason I’ve seen more investors searching for Kandukur plots for sale over the last year.

But here’s something I always tell people.
