This Portlandia Skit is Becoming Reality

So I recently did a TikTok about how everything nowadays is losing its value and just today it dawned on me the Portlandia skit with Fred Armisen where he says “it's over” at everything even at the most simplest things. It is very fitting with everything that I enjoy. I don't know what the causes are but I feel like you know everything is over sadly and you know if something in the future does come up to make it feel like these things are enjoyable again I'm here for it but as of right now I'm sorry to say everything is over.

This doesn’t I partake in any fun activities but I just don’t have that instant urge to do them anymore.

Take fashion for example Mina Le’s video where she essentially talks about how uniform outfits are going to be a trend in 2025. Also, another youtube video talked about how the anti trend is going to be a thing in 2025.

As for me as a personal level I think because I am 33 and have “seen it all” I feel like a lot of these things in our Zeitgeist aren’t really anything that suprise me per say I don’t know. I’ve been listening to older music lately and watching older tv shows because I feel like most things that are “new” these days don’t have that spark anymore.
