It’s the new fad going around in elite circles. The Rich used to eat pig testicles as an appetizer. Now it’s human testicles.

It's not that hard. If you are Rich, you send a lackey out to impoverished nations, and you find out what the market is for a man’s testicles.

Men with starving children will sell their testicles if the price is right. Anything to save their children from starving.

Famine is terrible. But there are some benefits. The price of testicles bottoms out, so the Rich can have their delicacy at a more reasonable cost. And there are plenty of middle-men who will get rich (while the people starve, but who cares about worthless Chinese or Ukrainian peasants?)

It’s a system that works out for everybody! The Rich get their Testicle Souffle, the traitorous agents get rich, and the men save their children from starvation.
