We are a collection of paradoxes.
We can be one thing in one moment, and something entirely different in the next. We laugh too easily at the dumbest things, then turn serious a second later because cruel memories hit out of nowhere.

We are deeply present, yet somehow completely lost. We are loud with our feelings, yet silent where it matters most. We can take the smallest things straight to heart, or grow so cold that nothing seems to reach us.
We can be reactive, emotional, impulsive— or so numb we don’t feel anything at all.

Cruel truth:
We crave connection, yet disappear when it gets too real. We want attention, yet hate being seen too closely. We act like nothing affects us, while carrying everything inside.
We heal in fragments and break in silence. We joke through pain, scroll through sadness, and smile through exhaustion.

We are contradictions wrapped in confidence, chaos dressed as calm, and feelings we don’t always know how to name.
