Studio Ghibli gave me one of the most spectacular perspectives exactly when I needed it the most.

Ghibli reminded me that one should always remain a believer.

Its magic, humanity, gratitude, and deep respect for Mother Nature make you realize how beautiful life can feel when seen through soft eyes.

Ghibli teaches you that adulthood should not turn us into non-believers of magic.

It reminds us how important it is to protect our inner child,

Because that innocent part of us still knows how to feel wonder wholeheartedly.

It still knows how to romanticize the rain, talk to the moon, believe in kindness, and find beauty in ordinary moments.

Being alive itself is such a privilege. We can become whatever we desire, create meaning from nothing, and choose the perspective through which we experience life.

So why should we only focus on the painful and harsh aspects of existence when we can also choose beauty? The softer side of life. The hopeful side.

that is why art matters so deeply,

Art is the heart of life.

And one of the most beautiful things about Hayao Miyazaki, the creator of Studio Ghibli, is the way he portrays women in his stories.

He never reduced female characters into objects or side figures existing only for appearance.

Instead, he showed their strength, softness, courage, vulnerability, intelligence, and emotional depth with so much humanity.

His women are not written to be perfect, they are written to feel real. They grow, struggle, protect, lead, dream, and evolve.

They are often the emotional heart of the story, and that is what makes them unforgettable.

We truly need more artists and human beings who understand the real essence and power of women instead of limiting them through shallow perspectives.

Miyazaki glorifies feminine power not by making women unrealistic, but by allowing them to exist fully as human beings.

And maybe that is another reason why Ghibli feels so comforting to the soul because its world still understands softness without seeing it as weakness.
