Ideally, a coloured photo would be good to use, however a clear black and white photo be just as good.

• The better/clearer the photo, the better detail will be captured.

How do I send the prints in?

You can send the prints to use the following ways:

1. Upload an image when ordering — You will see a ‘Choose File’ option on the product page. Upload the photo, then place your order.
2. Alternatively, Send an email with your order number as a reference to: loretta@truelovekeepsakes.co.uk

What happens once I have sent you my dog’s paw print photo?

We will confirm that we have received your photo and that it is good enough for us to use.

We will then proceed to make your custom, paw print charm and include any personalisation you have requested.

What are the benefits of sending a paw print photo as opposed to requesting a paw print kit when ordering?

There is a quicker response time, we can let you know as soon as you have sent the prints to us, as to whether we can use them or not.

There’s no worry of them getting lost in the post or having to part with their paw prints as you’re uploading a digital copy.

As soon as we’re in possession of the photo and it is good to use, we will begin making your charm.

If you have requested a paw print kit, we have to wait for you to take your prints, then send it back to use which could delay the time it takes to complete your order.
