To ensure the sustainable growth of the WEMIX ecosystem and provide stable services aligned with global standards, the existing tokenomics centered on WEMIX$ will be reorganized into a USDC.e system.

Accordingly, support for WEMIX$ on WEMIX PLAY will be terminated, and migration and service termination procedures for certain token pools will proceed.

This reorganization is conducted with the utmost priority on protecting user assets and ensuring a stable ecosystem transition. Please be sure to strictly review the detailed targets, schedules, and precautions regarding these changes.

[Key Schedule and Process]

1. Termination of WEMIX$ Support and Introduction of USDC.e

• Details: The base currency for all services (such as GameFi) on WEMIX PLAY will change from WEMIX$ to USDC.e.
• Schedule : Monday, April 6, 2026 (UTC+0)
• After this time, payments and service usage using WEMIX$ will be restricted.

• The change of the base currency for collections using WEMIX$ on the NFT Marketplace will proceed at a later date and will be announced through an additional notice.
• The service transition schedule is subject to partial changes depending on the transition preparation status.

2. Notice of Scheduled Service Maintenance for Migration and Pool Service Termination

• Date : April 7 (UTC+0)
• Key Schedule :
• Deposit Suspension : From Thursday, March 5 (Effective immediately upon this notice)
• Swap Suspension : Effective starting from Monday, April 6, according to the schedule.
• Pool/Swap Maintenance : Tuesday, April 7
• Withdrawal Deadline : By March 5, 2027
• Impact : Swaps and pool services for the migration targets and pools scheduled for termination will be unavailable during the maintenance period.

• Maintenance is scheduled to take place according to the dates mentioned above, and further details will be provided through a separate announcement.
• The maintenance time is subject to change depending on internal operational circumstances.

3. Migration Target Pools and Liquidity Scale

• Details : The WEMIX$ pairs of the target pools below will be migrated to new pools with USDC.e pairs.

※ Precautions

• To minimize fluctuations in pool prices and liquidity, the exchange ratio of the new pools will reflect the ratio immediately prior to the liquidity retrieval on the day of migration (April 7). This exchange ratio will be reasonably established according to standard industry calculation methods based on the aforementioned ratio.
• Due to the sequential nature of the retrieval process, slight differences in the exchange ratio may occur between the time of retrieval initiation and the time of liquidity supply to the new pool.
• The figures stated in this notice are data as of the time of the announcement. Due to the nature of swap pools, slight discrepancies from the estimates below may occur depending on market conditions on the actual day of retrieval and the time of new pool creation.

[April 7 Migration Target Pools and Scale (Estimated)]

• DRACO / HYDRA pools are not included in this migration and will be announced through a separate notice at a later date. ** For pool creation, it will be established as closely as possible to the exchange ratio immediately prior to retrieval; therefore, slight differences from the retrieved asset quantity may occur.

4. Pools Scheduled for Service Termination (Platform Liquidity Retrieval)

• Details: For the pools below that are not subject to migration, the entirety of the liquidity supplied by the platform will be retrieved according to the service termination schedule.
• Target List :

• Caution: Users who have individually provided liquidity to the pools listed above are strongly advised to withdraw their assets as soon as possible before April 6.

[Liquidity Retrieval and User Protection Measures]

In accordance with the service termination procedures, liquidity from the existing pools will be retrieved. To protect well-intentioned users from volatility that may occur during this process, the following measures will be implemented.

① Caution Regarding Price Volatility Due to Liquidity Retrieval and Recommendation for Asset Retrieval

• As liquidity is retrieved from existing WEMIX$ pools, continued trading in a reduced-liquidity state may result in rapid price volatility and trading losses such as slippage and price impact. In particular, if token swaps are executed in such a low-liquidity environment, impermanent loss on the assets held by liquidity providers may occur due to sharp fluctuations in asset prices.
• The asset retrieval function for the respective pools will continue to be supported at all times until March 5, 2027. However, if assets are retrieved after April 6, 2026, the Foundation will not bear any responsibility for any losses incurred due to insufficient liquidity within the pool and price volatility resulting from the Foundation’s liquidity retrieval.
• Users supplying liquidity to WEMIX$-related pools are strongly advised to promptly retrieve their assets prior to April 6, 2026, when the Foundation’s liquidity retrieval commences, to prevent unnecessary losses.
• Users simply holding WEMIX$ without depositing it in a liquidity pool are advised to exchange their held assets for USDC.e through the WEMIX$ module service, which will be resumed at a later date.

② Temporary Restrictions to Prevent Market Disruption

• To prevent system disruption by automated trading programs and user damages during the transition process, the Foundation may temporarily restrict bridge and swap functions. Additionally, the Foundation may temporarily increase the swap fees for existing WEMIX$ pair pools to prevent excessive arbitrage exploiting liquidity movement.
• These measures will be applied starting from April 6, 2026, one month after the date of this notice. Detailed information will be shared through a separate announcement prior to actual implementation.
• These measures are not intended for the private interest of the Foundation, but are determined solely for creating a stable migration environment and protecting user assets. All measures will be implemented only within the minimum necessary scope based on reasonable standards, and will be managed and executed strictly at a level that achieves the original purpose of preventing system disruption and suppressing market distortion caused by excessive arbitrage.

[Service Usage Restrictions and Legal Precautions]

Service usage will be restricted for certain countries and individuals in compliance with international regulations and legal requirements.

• 순차적인 회수 진행으로 인해 회수 개시 시점과 신규 풀에 대한 유동성 공급 시점 간에 약간의 교환비 차이가 발생할 수 있습니다.
• 본 공지에 기재된 수치는 공지 시점 기준의 데이터이며, 스왑 풀의 특성상 실제 회수 당일 및 신규 풀 생성 시점의 시장 상황에 따라 아래 추정치와 다소 차이가 발생할 수 있습니다.

[4월 7일 마이그레이션 대상 풀 및 규모 (추정)]

*DRACO / HYDRA 풀의 경우, 이번 마이그레이션 대상이 아니며 추후 별도 공지를 통해 안내해 드릴 예정입니다. ** 풀 조성의 경우, 회수 직전 교환비에 최대한 가깝게 생성될 예정이므로 회수했던 자산 수량과 소폭 차이가 발생할 수 있습니다.

4. 서비스 종료 예정 풀 (플랫폼 유동성 회수)

• 내용 : 마이그레이션 대상이 아닌 아래 풀들은 서비스 종료 일정에 맞춰 플랫폼이 공급한 유동성이 전량 회수됩니다.
• 대상 리스트 :

• 주의: 위 종료 대상 풀에 개인적으로 유동성을 공급하신 사용자께서는, 4월 6일 이전까지 빠른 시일 내 자산을 회수하시기 바랍니다.

[유동성 회수 및 이용자 보호 조치]

• 서비스 종료 절차에 따라 기존 풀의 유동성이 회수됩니다. 이 과정에서 발생할 수 있는 변동성으로부터 선량한 사용자를 보호하기 위해 다음과 같은 조치가 시행됩니다.

① 유동성 회수에 따른 시세 변동 주의 및 자산 회수 권고

• 기존 WEMIX$ 풀의 유동성이 회수됨에 따라, 유동성이 줄어든 상태에서 거래 지속 시 급격한 시세 변동 및 슬리피지, 프라이스 임팩트 등의 거래 손실이 발생할 수 있습니다. 특히 이처럼 유동성이 낮은 환경에서 토큰 스왑이 진행될 경우, 자산 가격의 급격한 등락으로 인해 유동성 공급자의 보유 자산에 대한 비영구적 손실이 발생할 수 있습니다.
• 이후에도 2027년 3월 5일까지 해당 풀에서의 자산 회수 기능은 상시 지원될 예정입니다. 단, 2026년 4월 6일 이후 자산을 회수하는 경우, 재단의 유동성 회수에 따른 풀 내 유동성 부족 및 가격 변동으로 발생하는 일체의 손실에 대하여 재단은 책임을 부담하지 않습니다.
• WEMIX$ 관련 풀에 유동성을 공급하고 계신 사용자께서는 불필요한 손실을 방지하기 위해 재단의 유동성 회수가 개시되는 2026년 4월 6일 이전까지 자산을 조속히 회수하시기를 권장 드립니다.
• 유동성 풀에 예치하지 않고 WEMIX$를 단순 보유 중인 이용자께서는, 추후 재개될 WEMIX$ 모듈 서비스를 통해 보유하신 자산을 USDC.e로 교환하시기 바랍니다.

② 시장 교란 방지를 위한 한시적 제한 조치

• 재단은 전환 과정에서 자동 거래 프로그램 등에 의한 시스템 교란 및 이용자 피해를 방지하기 위하여 브릿지 및 스왑 기능을 일시적으로 제한하고, 유동성 이동을 악용한 과도한 차익거래를 방지하기 위해 기존 WEMIX$ 페어 풀의 스왑 수수료를 한시적으로 인상할 수 있습니다.
• 해당 조치는 본 공지일로부터 1개월 후인 2026년 4월 6일 이후부터 적용되며, 실제 시행 전 별도의 안내를 통해 상세 내용을 공유해 드릴 예정입니다.
• 해당 조치는 재단의 사익을 목적으로 하는 것이 아니라, 오로지 안정적인 마이그레이션 환경 조성과 이용자 자산 보호를 위해 결정된 것입니다. 모든 조치는 합리적인 기준에 따라 필요 최소한의 범위 내에서만 시행되고, 시스템 교란 방지 및 과도한 차익거래로 인한 시장 왜곡 억제라는 본래의 목적을 달성하는 수준에서 관리 및 집행될 예정입니다.
