As a writer or a new blogger, your priority is to get more traffic via content. That’s not the right approach because you will get irrelevant traffic.

Your bounce rate will increase with irrelevant traffic, and your content ranking will suffer.

Therefore, you need the right traffic for your content or site. You need sustainable traffic for ranking.

Simply! The formula for SEO Writing ABC is for you.

· A: Attract (the attention of the right readers)

· B: Building Authority (Your success stories, state)

· C: Convert (Convert your audience into paid students or customers)

Your content should be based on that formula, and you will get relevant traffic.

Today, in this blog post, I’ll walk you through the first step A of the ABC formula. You will get the right traffic with the help of this step.

What Does “Attract” Mean in SEO Writing?

Attracting is the first step of the ABC formula for SEO writing.

You need to attract traffic via blog posts.

· Write content for people, not for search engines.

· Content should match people’s intent.

· It should be visible in search engines.

· Make it clickable

I’m not talking about viral content, as you should write about people’s problems.

Because they are searching for their problems.

Keyword Research Made Simple

I’m writing about the ABC formula for SEO writing, and that’s why I’m discussing keyword research. I have already written about keyword research.

The keyword itself is the word that people search for, but not a random word.

Let’s divide keyword research into three parts.

· Tool for Keyword Research

· Which Type of keyword to use

· Search Intent

Common Two Types of Keywords

· Short-Tail Keyword

· Long-Tail Keyword

Use Long-Tail Keyword

The phrase that contains three or more words

Example:

· “Best SEO Course for Beginners”

· “Free Keyword Research Tools for Beginners”

These keywords are easy to rank, more specific, and match with search intent.

Use Free Keyword Tools

You can use free keyword tools as a beginner.

Here are some free tools.

· Google Auto Suggest: When you write in the Google search bar, Google suggests keywords.

· Keyword Planner: It’s a Google product and free

· RightBloggers: You can use it for free keyword research, and there are various tools available

· KWFinder: It’s easy for beginners

Search Intent: Four Common Types

Search intent means what people are looking for. You will match the keywords with people’s searches (Reasons).

Types of Intent

Informational: Here are the WH family uses, such as What, Why, How, and Where

Example: “What is the search intent?”

Four Types of Search Intent:

Commercial: Here, use the words Best, Price

Example: “Best iPhone Charger”

Transactional: Use the words- Buy, Coupon, and Order

Example: “Order online cheese”

Navigational: Search for a specific site or brand, such as Amazon or Alibaba

When you use a long-tail keyword, it aligns with readers’ intent.

Write Title Tag and Meta Description: That Get Clicks

Title and Meta are like a mirror because readers see the reflection of their problem solutions. That’s why CTR (Click-Through Rate) will increase.

Title Tag

· Add Keyword

· Keep Shorter (Contain 50–60 characters)

· It should be relevant to the content

· Start with Main Keyword

Meta Description

· Characters should not be more than 160

· Make Curiosity

· A call to action included

· Place Keyword (at the beginning)

· Relevant to content

Conclusion

Your priority is user experience and making content friendly, so don’t focus on ranking.

Tips for Engagement:

· Use Heading H2s for clarity

· Concise Paragraphs

· Bullet points and lists
