Supporting Employee Welfare, Bengkulu Prison Participates in Launching of Kemenimipas ASN Housing Facility

Bengkulu — Class IIA Bengkulu Correctional Institution participated virtually in the Launching of the Kemenimipas ASN Housing Facility Casa De Prima West Cikarang and Central Cikarang on Tuesday (19/05). The activity was held to support the implementation of the 15 Action Programs of the Ministry of Immigration and Corrections, particularly the ASN housing facility program.

The event was attended virtually by the Head of Personnel and Finance Affairs of Bengkulu Prison, Idirman, along with staff members from the meeting room of Bengkulu Prison. The housing facility program reflects the Ministry’s commitment to improving employee welfare through the provision of comfortable, decent, and affordable housing for ASN personnel within the Ministry of Immigration and Corrections.

During the event, the Minister of Immigration and Corrections of the Republic of Indonesia, Agus Andrianto, delivered remarks emphasizing the importance of employee welfare in supporting optimal performance and professionalism within correctional and immigration services.

“This ASN housing facility program is expected to provide security and comfort for employees, thereby increasing work motivation and professionalism in serving the public,” stated Agus Andrianto.

The launching of the Kemenimipas ASN Housing Facility Casa De Prima West Cikarang and Central Cikarang was officially marked by the sounding of a siren button by Minister Agus Andrianto as a symbol of the program’s commencement.

Through its participation in this activity, Class IIA Bengkulu Correctional Institution reaffirmed its support for the strategic programs of the Ministry of Immigration and Corrections, especially efforts aimed at improving ASN welfare to encourage professional and integrity-based performance.
