It was some time ago that we decided to launch an AI avatar performing interviews instead of our previous robot head.

In this new update our AI avatar still runs structured screening interviews with every candidate, around the clock, and turns the answers into data-driven shortlists. The AI stays in the conversation — it never makes the call. The recruiter does. What’s new is how much more you can do with it.

Interview in more languages

You can now run interviews in Norwegian and Danish, on top of English and Swedish. Candidates across the Nordics get the same structured, localized experience — and recruiters get it without lifting a finger. More languages are already on the way.

We’ve reworked how interview templates and questions are created and managed. TA teams now own the content and the structure end to end, and can shape a different interview flow for a specific role, hiring scenario or skill set in minutes. And once a question is in the library, it stays useful: searchable, reusable and translated automatically.
