These past couple of weeks have brought some surprising challenges and blessings my way.

I am sure many of you have been feeling it, just as I have! The energy has been, for lack of better words, wonky these past few weeks.
For me, it started the week of March 23rd when I had something occur that felt like the Universe took the reins completely and did what needed to happen — Divine intervention.
The experience, mere moments, shook me and is still shooking me. It caused some new spiraling, new wounds…new pieces to surrender.
I have since returned to my peaceful zero point, for the most part, but I have still been struggling a bit over the past few weeks with my energy balance and nervous system regulation.
My experience seems to have coincided with some big timeline shifts, as Elizabeth April explains in her video below and in several of her recent follow-up videos.

“Timelines are simply reality probabilities. So every time we make a choice, we are hoping into a different or an alternate reality probability.”
Over these past few weeks, since the end of March, I have had many of these timeline-shifting symptoms. Here are a few that Elizabeth mentions in her video:
- Time distortion
- Having super restless sleep
- Not being able to find the words
- Anxiety
It has been kind of a roller coaster for me, energy-wise, since the end of March. Grounding and coming back to presence have been essential tools as I ride the shifts, as is knowing that I am aligning with my highest timeline and am exactly where I am meant to be right now.
As the Universe does, I have been receiving many beautiful signs and synchronicities — balancing out those wonky timeline jumping symptoms. One message arrived, so perfectly and Divinely timed, that I wanted to share it with you here.
My office sits beside a lovely nature preserve called the Pacheco Pond, a bird-rich freshwater habitat.
Pacheco Pond in Novato is a prime, bird-rich freshwater habitat featuring high numbers of waterfowl, shorebirds, and raptors. Key species include American White Pelicans, Common Gallinules, White-tailed Kites, and various ducks like Cinnamon Teal, Gadwall, and Mallards. It isn’t uncommon for me to glance out of my office window at the birdlife in the pond, and on this particular day during that confusing week at the end of March, something caught the corner of my eye.
A group of birds on the water seemed to be excited and started to fly around and away. Their movement had me looking at the window and just at that moment, I happened to see a huge, majestic, bald eagle flying over the pond and my office building.
It was just seconds, and it was gone. I have never seen a bald eagle in the wild. Maybe only at zoos and/or perched on a branch. So to experience one flying, almost at eye level, by my window was such an incredible sight.
I was shocked and excited and knew that it was a special moment. I expressed my gratitude to the Universe for that rare and significant sign and then jumped into researching the spiritual meaning of seeing a bald eagle fly by.

Knowledge, Wisdom, Honesty & Integrity
The bald eagle is not just a bird; it is a messenger of the highest realms, a symbol of vision, strength, and divine guidance.
Known as a symbol of God’s divinity, mightiness, strength, power, and reign over humanity, seeing this creature fly by in the wild is not a common experience, making it that much more special.
According to my research, here are a few of the spiritual meanings of having a bald eagle flying overhead:
- You are under divine protection and connected to higher wisdom — trust the insights being revealed to you.
- You are putting your focus in the right place, are on the right path — keep growing and expanding your consciousness.
- You are resilient — you hold the inner power to overcome any challenge.
- Let go of limitations — soar toward the life you truly desire.
- Change is happening — embrace the discomfort, as it’s leading to growth.
- A symbol of success — your efforts will soon be rewarded.

To conclude, it is believed that a bald eagle is a messenger from the spiritual realm, bringing guidance from spirit guides or guardian angels.
Experiencing this magnificent animal in your life is often seen as a sign that you are in alignment with your highest self and living in harmony with your higher purpose.
The bald eagle urges you to trust your inner strength and rise above limitations, which can be such a valuable message during energetically challenging times, like we are experiencing right now, with the major timeline shifts.
