  • Fresh coconut water helps balance electrolytes by giving your body potassium and iron, which helps soothe dehydration.
  • An epsom salt bath is a great home remedy for the symptoms of dehydration. Because of the magnesium in the salts it combats fatigue and muscle aches.

Insect Bites

To soothe an insect or mosquito bite here are a couple quick remedies to apply to the effected area:

  • A slice of lemon or a banana peel
  • A mixture of baking soda and water
  • Apple cider vinegar
  • Or a mixture of water and tea tree and lavender essential oil dabbed onto the skin with a cotton ball
