Announcing the Launch of the Bullit Subchain and the Wrapped Bullit Token (WBULT)

We are excited to announce the launch of the Bullit subchain, a significant milestone in our journey to revolutionize decentralized data storage. The Bullit subchain, built on the Theta blockchain, represents a leap forward in enhancing data security, efficiency, and overall system performance.

In conjunction with this launch, we are also introducing a new token: WBULT (Wrapped BULT). WBULT is a wrapped version of our existing BULT token, designed to incorporate governance functionalities that perfectly serve our subchain concept.

Why WBULT? Governance: WBULT is tailored to include governance features essential for decentralized decision-making on our subchain.

No Inflation: Introducing WBULT does not increase the total supply of BULT tokens. It’s a one-to-one representation, ensuring no inflationary impact on the original BULT token.

Enhanced Utility: WBULT will be utilized in smart contracts and other applications specific to our subchain, providing additional utility to our token holders.

With the launch of our subchain, the next steps involve fully utilizing this new infrastructure:

Bullit App Integration: We are working on adjusting the Bullit App to support the Theta network and offer cross-chain functionality.

ZK-Rollup Extension: Plans are underway to leverage the ZK-Rollup Extension for enhanced efficiency and scalability.

Theta EdgeCloud: We aim to utilize Theta EdgeCloud to further improve our platform’s capabilities.

Bullit Subchain Explorer Details: The Theta Explorer will soon allow you to explore and search the Bullit subchain for blocks, transactions, addresses, stakes, and other activities taking place on the subchain.

Theta Wallet Integration for WBULT: WBULT tokens will soon be accessible via the Theta web wallet, iOS/Android mobile wallets, and Metamask. You will be able to check your balance, send, and receive WBULT alongside THETA, TFUEL, and other tokens within your Theta wallet.
