I’m thrilled to share a seamless household maintenance booking experience: HomeServe — Expert Help. Right at Your Doorstep.

The “Uber for home services” model requires a delicate balance of trust and efficiency. In this project, I focused on creating a structured environment where users can book plumbers, electricians, or cleaners without friction. The primary design hurdle was the information architecture — organizing worker profiles, service categories, and real-time messaging into a cohesive flow. Using Figma, I built a system that prioritizes transparency through clear ratings and job descriptions. This case study reflects my growth in designing service-oriented products that solve real-world logistical headaches through clean, accessible UI.

We architected a streamlined, service-centric mobile journey featuring:

• A structured Category Portal that breaks down diverse trade services into instantly recognizable visual cards.
• Transparent Service Provider Profiles emphasizing badges, user reviews, and pricing metrics to establish immediate trust.
• An effortless Booking Wizard designed to capture project scopes, scheduling, and address details in a few steps.
• A live Order & Location Tracker giving users real-time visibility into their service professional’s estimated arrival time.
• An integrated Messaging UI for seamless direct communication between homeowners and technicians.
