If you ever bought Joint Juice glucosamine drinks hoping they’d help your joints, you might be owed money. Two class action settlements totaling $90 million have been reached with Premier Nutrition Corporation over allegations that Joint Juice was falsely advertised for joint health benefits.

What Happened

Consumers filed lawsuits claiming Premier Nutrition made deceptive marketing claims about the joint health benefits of Joint Juice products. Rather than go to trial, the company agreed to two separate settlements — one for New York purchasers ($19.16 million) and one covering eight other states ($70.84 million).

Premier Nutrition denies wrongdoing. The courts haven’t decided who’s right.

Who Qualifies

New York buyers: Anyone who purchased Joint Juice in New York for personal use between December 5, 2013 and December 28, 2021.

Multi-state buyers: Anyone who purchased Joint Juice in California, Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, or Pennsylvania during varying date ranges (some going back as far as 2009, with most ending December 31, 2022).

How Much Could You Get

New York claimants can expect roughly $50 per unit. Multi-state claimants can expect $10 or $25 per unit depending on the product size — with larger or concentrated products paying more.

No proof of purchase is needed for up to six units. Claim more than six and you’ll need receipts or order confirmations.

The Deadline

May 15, 2026 — for both settlements.
