Whenever I work on something, my mind doesn’t stop at the task in front of me.
It expands.
One skill turns into ten possibilities.
One problem turns into an entire system.
For years, this was both my strength and my biggest weakness.
I started learning code because I loved games. Game development pulled me in first. But once I became technically capable, something else happened. Every time I walked into a supermarket, a shop, or a small business, my brain automatically began designing systems: inventory, billing, school management, workflows. Not because I wanted to sell software — but because I instinctively looked for solutions.
I never liked talking about problems for long.
Once I understand a problem, my mind moves immediately to how to solve it.
That mindset helped me with clients. I could show them the bigger picture — not just what was broken, but what could exist instead. At the time, this kind of thinking mattered more. We didn’t have AI doing heavy lifting. Architecture, flow, and systems had to be imagined first.
At the same time, I was deeply into gaming.
I was a heavy gamer — Counter-Strike, then Dota 2. Long sessions, little sleep, day after day. Gaming shaped how I think: mechanics, feedback loops, progression, reward systems. It wasn’t just play — it was pattern recognition and immersion.
But life changes priorities.
I’m married now. I have a newborn daughter. Gaming no longer feels like fun — it feels like guilt. Not because games are bad, but because time became precious. That forced me to ask a hard question:
If I understand games this well, what should I use that knowledge for?
The answer had been with me for a long time.
I’ve always believed that learning becomes easier when you can see, feel, hear, and interact with a concept — not just read it. When learning becomes experiential, understanding accelerates. Retention improves. Fear disappears.
That belief is why, back in 2023, I bought the domain WitShells — Wit + Shells: intelligence wrapped inside interactive experiences. I initially positioned it around EdTech and built my first educational project — an Egypt history experience for a client.
Then I drifted.
Surroundings matter. Pressure matters. I took work in other fields, chased multiple directions, and slowly lost clarity. I was busy, but I wasn’t aligned.
Recently, something reset me.
After moving back home, I received two projects — both in K-12 education and training. No planning. No outreach. Just alignment. They reminded me why WitShells existed in the first place.
I also prayed for something very specific:
one direction, not many.
That’s when I decided to stop splitting my attention.
I’m returning to WitShells with a single focus:
building K-12 learning simulations and educational systems that make understanding easier, not louder.
Not entertainment-first games.
Not flashy EdTech dashboards.
But clear, teacher-friendly, simulation-based learning tools.
I’m not starting over.
I’m returning — with better judgment, stronger skills, and a reason that matters.
Education doesn’t need more noise.
It needs better systems.
That’s what I’m here to build.
