If you are randomly finding that your Arctis 7 gaming headphones sounds terrible overnight, it’s possible that the output setting in Windows has reverted from “Headphones (Actis 7 Game)” to “Headset Earphones (Arctis 7 Chat)”. To fix it, just click the speaker in bottom right, and go back to Headphones:
