Dada’s Science from The Camera’s Lense
This year in LMHT we decided to be at par with technology and use it to improve our skills. Therefore, we thought of uniting different techniques of photography with Dada’s principles, learnings and knowledge.
A lot of kids, including us, have always wondered where God is! Isn’t it? Does he live somewhere in the sky? Or in temples/mosques? or where exactly can we find God? A lot of people and dada have told us that God resides within us and all living things. To discover this, these little photographers had to click pictures of things in which they believe God exists.
So let’s see God through their little lenses!
These living things were divided into categories as under:
Creatures with one sense:

Vidhi Gawande

Reet Baid

Kavya Sarode

Taranjit Saluja

Anvi

Sanskar and Sanskruti

Siddhi and Shravani
Creatures with two, three and four senses:

Vihaan Mutha

Anvi

Taranjit Saluja
Creatures with five senses:

Vihaan Mutha

And as we ourselves have God within us, it definitely calls for a “selfie”
But here’s a catch, they just didn’t simply have to click pictures, they had to capture the pictures using the concept of “Rule Of Thirds” This was their first session or photography master class 1. Rule of thirds is a common compositional technique used to divide the frame into an equal three-by-three grid.
The kids were asked to complete the DIY project and submit their snaps by mid-week. Though new to the concept of Rule of thirds, they managed to click brilliant pictures and were able to justify the reason behind them capturing the essence of the topic- “Where exactly does God reside?”
If you like the work done by our Children, do not forget to share it with your friends and family!
